The Pre-K class continues to encourage socialization skills, as well as academic Kindergarten readiness. Learning activities include emergent math, emergent reading and pre-writing emphasized in small group work, as well as whole class lessons. Group activities provide opportunities to make decisions, follow directions, assume responsibility, and work cooperatively. Frequent classroom enrichment programs are planned. Each day we practice calendar skills with the date, reciting the days of the week and months of the year, counting our days, anticipating which number will come next and even counting backwards. Our daily themes cover a wide variety of science, art and social studies topics.
$485/month with a one time $150 activity fee.
Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 am-1:30 pm.
